This delicious Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake is perfect for summer. It is sweet and tastes exactly like the ice cream. This is for a small cheesecake so if you want a bigger one feel free to double the recipe. If you enjoy this recipe please like and share!
INGREDIENTS
2 8oz Cream Cheese Softened
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 3oz Box Orange Jell-O
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 ox of Keebler Graham Cracker Crumbs
DIRECTIONS
Line a springform pan with parchment paper and follow directions on Keebler box, this for a small cheesecake so use half of the suggested amount, or for a bigger cheesecake double the cheesecake recipe.
In a large bowl beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar, set aside
In a separate bowl whisk orange jello and boiling water until dissolved, set aside
In a separate bowl whip heavy cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Combine half of whipped cream mixture with the orange jello mixture and the other half with the cream cheese mixture.
Alternate spreading each mixture into the springform pan starting with cream cheese and ending with whipped cream, chill for at least 4 hours.
