Banana Bread Bottom Cheesecake

I’m starting with this cheesecake because not only is it delicious it is super easy to make! It is definitely my favorite and I think it will be yours as well!

Banana Bread Ingredients

4 Bananas

4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 1/2 Cups Flour

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1/4 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Cinnamon


Cheesecake Ingredients

4 8oz. Cream Cheese Softened

1/2 Cup Sugar

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Cup Milk

1 Tbsp Gelatin Powder


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line springform pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork, add oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla until combined.

  3. Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, stir until combined. Don’t over mix. Pour batter into springform pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until top is set.

  4. In a large bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until combined.

  5. Microwave the milk until hot for about 2 minutes and in gelatin powder, quickly stir until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes.

  6. Pour gelatin mixture over cream cheese mixture and whisk until smooth, pour mixture onto banana bread.

  7. Cool for 3 hours or overnight!
